Thursday 29 June
2.00pm – 5.00pm
Belfast City Hall
Small-medium sized building contractors including electrical and plumbing contractors, kitchen and bathroom suppliers, construction workers, specialist hotel technology providers and fit-out companies are being invited to meet with Signature Living – the hotel and group accommodation developer that is to invest at least £100million in developing up to five hotels in Northern Ireland over the next three years.
Liverpool-headquartered Signature Living recently confirmed its purchase of the iconic Crumlin Road Courthouse and Scottish Mutual Building in Belfast, both of which will be developed into hotels. The Scottish Mutual Building was recently announced as the location of a George Best-themed hotel. It is thought that around 350 jobs and 100 apprenticeships will be created during and after the development of the hotels.
The informal ‘Meet Signature Living’ event will take place on Thursday 29th June at 2.00pm-5.00pm in Belfast City Hall, where you will have the opportunity to meet with Signature Living Founder & Chairman Lawrence Kenwright and members of his team.
Mr Kenwright will outline his plans for Northern Ireland and will set out a range of opportunities to work with Signature Living over the next three years.
Attendees are invited to bring a written/visual portfolio, highlighting company credentials, experience and examples of previous work.
All attendees must register their interest in meeting Signature Living by Monday 26th June 2017 at 12noon by emailing [email protected].
