  • Arts/Culture
  • Community Festivals
  • Strategic Events
  • Community Support
  • Strategic Community Event Support
  • Good Relations
  • Community Venues

The information sessions / grant advice clinics will provide those who attend with information and guidance on what grant best suits their project/proposal and on how to successfully complete their application.

The clinics will take place from 7-9pm on Tuesday 1 March at Mid Ulster Council Offices, Dungannon, Wednesday 2 March, at Gortalowry House, Cookstown and Thursday 3 March at Mid Ulster Council Offices, Magherafelt.

Speaking as the call for applications opened, Chair of Mid Ulster District Council, Councillor Linda Dillon, said:

“This funding helps to ensure that individuals and groups in the voluntary and community sector can continue to benefit from the kind of financial support which can be so vital for their work and activity.

“With funding available under so many categories, it’s a wonderful opportunity to carry out a project or activity that previously had not been possible. I would urge anyone eligible to apply to go for it and submit an application!”

Applications can be made to the Sports, Community Festivals and Good Relations categories on a rolling basis throughout the year.

Applications for all categories are now open and close on Monday 21 March.
