This programme will introduce you to mindfulness practices which will help you to be fully present in every moment of the day, without regrets of the past or anxiety for the future. It will help you to bring the spirit of mindfulness to your daily activities, staying grounded in the present moment, staying present in the here and now.
Mindful Practices include: • Conscious breathing • What is meditation • Thinking less • The here and now • 3 minutes body scan • Seated meditation • Awareness in everyday life • Mindful movement
