Ronan Eastwood has been teaching set dancing at various venues from beginner level right through to
the more advanced levels for well over 25 years. Don’t worry if you haven’t danced before, expert tuition will be provided by Ronan at a leisurely pace; so why not come along & have a bit of craic and a great workout at the same time!
Benefits of Set Dancing:
• Set Dancing is great craic, fun, fantastic aerobic exercise, sociable & highly addictive when you get started!
• It’s not associated with any particular social group, gender, nationality or age;
• Participants are all ages!
• It reduces the effects of social isolation by encouraging as many people as possible from various backgrounds & socio economic groups to attend the dances and builds up confidence levels and self-esteem for those people who would not normally be inclined to attend dancing classes or attend ceilis either because they do not normally like attending functions on their own or because they are not experienced dancers.
