Join Bríd Harper, Tony O’Connell and Cyril O’Donoghue for an evening of Irish traditional music and song. Bríd comes from Co Donegal and is regarded as one of the best traditional fiddlers of her generation. She has toured extensively and has been featured many times on national television and radio. Tony O’Connell, a native of West Limerick, now residing in Brosna, Co Kerry, is an All-Ireland Champion many times over. Having a distinctive and unique style of concertina playing, Tony still remains true to his native Sliabh Luachra roots. All of his recordings to date have achieved much success.
On this occasion they are joined by bouzouki player and singer Cyril O’Donoghue from Co Clare, who has been involved in Clare’s traditional music scene for over 30 years or more. Coming from a musical family with strong ties to the East Clare tradition via his father Paddy, Cyril is one of the finest singers on the traditional scene with an extensive and varied repertoire of song.
