The Spring issue of Mid Ulster District Council’s Insight will be delivered to households across the district this week.
Our spring edition has a focus on blue bin recycling, with lots of practical advice on what can and can't be recycled; and how you can help us get recycling right.
There's information on upcoming events like the Maghera 10K, Cookstown Continental Market and the Maker’s Market in Magherafelt. You can also read about the £2.8M investment that’s happening in our local villages, work to build the new Dark Skies observatory and visitors centre at Davagh, and how you can save ahead for winter fuel costs, with some simple ideas to get you started.

We publish our Council ‘Insight’ magazine twice a year - in the spring/summer, and autumn/winter - and deliver it for free to all households in the Mid Ulster Council District area, direct to your door. You can also pick up a copy at the council offices or in local libraries, or download the latest edition below.
We use the magazine to tell residents about the services we provide, local activities and events and things happening in our towns, villages and neighbourhoods. You will also find information about some of the things we are investing in to make the area better for all of our residents, visitors and businesses.
