Sign up for the final talk in the ‘Journey in Hope’ series

03 March 2016

The final talk in the ‘Journey in Hope’ series of talks, reflecting on The Easter Rising and The Battle of The Somme, organised by the Mid Ulster Clergy Forum in partnership with Mid Ulster District Council, will take place on Tuesday 8 March.

The final talk, which will take place at the Glenavon House Hotel, Cookstown at 7.30pm, will focus on the theme ‘How might we remember?’

The forum are inviting the public to take part in a journey, to reflect and commemorate on a period of history that has so much relevance to lives today.

The previous three talks, each exploring a different theme including ‘Does God take sides?’ and ‘Is blood sacrifice necessary?’ were extremely popular resulting in very lively debate and discussion.

Spaces on the talk are limited. To book a place contact Sean McElhatton on tel: 028 8676 4714 or Email: sean.mcelhatton@midulstercouncil.org
