Over 3000 attended this year’s Winter Craft and Food Fair at the Burnavon on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th November 2017.
More than 50 crafters exhibited their handmade products for sale, including: jewellery, art, home decorations and accessories, toiletries, children’s clothing, cakes, buns, jams and confectionary; offering a one stop shop for all your Christmas shopping needs.
Shoppers were entertained throughout the 2 day event with live music by Cookstown Youth Choir, the Traditional Music in Schools group, JukeBox Unplugged, Harpist Paula Devlin and Pianist Cindy Young.
Deputy Chair of Mid Ulster District Council, Councillor Mark Glasgow attended the event and commented:
“I’m delighted to see so many local exhibitors take part in this year’s Winter Craft and Food Fair. A highlight of the Burnavon’s Autumn Winter programme now in its 11th year, the Winter Craft and Food Fair has become Mid Ulster’s premier craft event and it’s very clear to see why. I’d like to thank everyone who attended and supported this year’s fair.”
