Birth Registration Service Resumes At Mid Ulster District Council
From Monday 18 May the registration of births will resume at Mid Ulster District Council, with a limited number of appointments available at Council offices.
To help reduce the number of people coming in to each building and the time spent in the Registration office, birth registration forms should be completed online before appointments.
If parents do not have access to a computer or printer, they can contact the Registration service at Mid Ulster District Council and a form will be sent by post. All completed forms should be sent back to the Council via post or email. A Registrar will then contact parents to book an appointment and take payment.
For more information on the new process and to download the registration form, please visit Birth Registration. To contact Registration please call 03000 132 132 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
