We aim to publish agendas for meetings at least 3 days before the meeting date.  Some items of business may however be exempted from public release under the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972.  Such items are not published.   Minutes of meetings are normally published after they have been considered and adopted by the next available council meeting.
