Mid Ulster District Council is currently consulting on its draft 2023 - 24 Performance Improvement Objectives and would like to hear your views on its proposed objectives.
Draft Improvement Objectives
The proposed draft improvement objectives in summary are:
Objective One:
Mid Ulster District Council will seek to reduce the environmental impacts of our own activities and will contribute to the improvement of the wider environment through local action.
Objective Two:
We will ensure a more connected Mid Ulster where new technologies and ways working, empower citizens to get the best services that matter to them.
Objective Three:
To create cleaner neighbourhoods, where everyone takes responsibility for their waste and the environment.
Objective Four:
We will contribute to the ongoing regeneration of our district by delivering a capital investment programme, enhancing facilities and opportunities for local people.

All responses must be received by 12 noon on Friday 21st April 2023.
What happens next?
Once the Council has considered the feedback received, it will draw up and publish a Corporate Improvement Plan, setting out the Improvement Objectives, which will be monitored across the year. Council is committed to publishing a final report on its improvement performance by the autumn of 2023.
