Are you an employer based in the Mid Ulster Council district?  Do you find it difficult filling vacancies or retaining staff?

The Mid Ulster Labour Market Partnership aims to engage with all businesses, from all sectors, to design and deliver targeted interventions: to improve employability outcomes; reduce economic inactivity; and enhance local labour market conditions.

Check out our current programmes below or if you would like to find out more information or have the chance to contribute to future programme content that meets your business needs and develop a pipeline of new talent for your business email us lmp@midulstercouncil.org.

Employability and Skills Register

A useful resource, developed by the Mid Ulster LMP, is the Employability and Skills Register. The register details a comprehensive range of regional and local employability and skills delivery organisations and initiatives to leave you with a complete understanding of the existing support landscape for employers, the unemployed, economically inactive, or those who are employed but wish to reskill/upskill to access better quality employment.
