Come and visit the Eel Fishery in Toome where you will experience the intake and grading of live eel and have an opportunity to hold one! Learn of the different methods of eel fishing on the Lough and get to sample Lough Neagh eel on wheaten bread.
We go on to visit Seamus Heaney HomePlace where you can immerse yourself in the extraordinary world of Seamus Heaney and explore through his words and imagination, the people and places that so inspired him. Your visit includes access to the interactive exhibition over two floors, filled with personal stories, images ans the voice of the poet himself.
