Our office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you contact us outside of these hours, we will respond the next working day. Changes to our opening hours are published on our website.

Make a complaint
If you are unhappy about an action the Council has or has not taken, or the service you have received from the Council, please let us know and we will investigate, to see if there is anything we can do to resolve the issue and improve our service. You can make a complaint in a number of ways.
