Free information day organised by the Southern Health and Social Care Trust (SHSCT), supported by the Council and other stakeholders.

Come along and find out what is happening in your local area, what support and services are available and have some taster sessions of activity on the day. There will be a wide range of information stands, taster sessions of Chi Me, a mindful walk, and family activities on the day. Everyone welcome! Bring a friend.
