Have a hair-raising Halloween in Mid Ulster!

Residents in Mid Ulster can look forward to a truly hair-raising Halloween across the district this October.

All events are free and no booking is necessary (with the exception of the Roller Discos in Coalisland which must be booked in advance.)

Dungannon: Cancelled

Friday, 24 October, from 6.30pm with fireworks at 7.45pm
Location:
Market Square and Hill of The O'Neill

We have had to make the difficult decision to cancel tonight’s Halloween event in Dungannon. Due to an unfavourable northerly wind and the limitations of the site and event area, any firework display when the wind is coming from this direction will result in debris fallout directly into Market Square and surrounding area. The safety of the public is our priority, and we cannot risk any fallout of the fireworks over spectators. Our event safety team has made this decision to ensure the public and all parties involved are kept safe at all times. We understand that this will be disappointing for those of you who had planned to attend this evening’s event.

The next opportunity to view a fireworks display will be tomorrow evening’s Halloween event at Mid Ulster Sports Area, Cookstown, with the remaining Halloween events being held at Coalisland and Maghera next Friday 31 October.
