On Saturday 15 August, we will shine a light on the beauty of Lough Neagh, as the Marina provides the backdrop for an evening of music and entertainment. 


This free family friendly event promises an unforgettable evening filled with something for everyone. Enjoy live music, funfair rides and a range of children’s performances that will delight audiences of all ages. Families can take advantage of the beautiful setting with a woodland walk, explore the playpark and soak up the relaxed festival atmosphere along the lough.

With plenty to see and do throughout the afternoon and evening, Lumarina is the perfect opportunity to gather with friends and family, create lasting memories, and celebrate summer by the water.

The night will conclude in spectacular style with a dazzling finale fireworks display lighting up the sky over Lough Neagh, a truly magical end to a fantastic day.

5.30pm - 7.30pm: Ro with the Flow and Mr G Sharp Walkabouts
5.30pm and 6.45pm: Babcock and Bobbins Show

Main stage entertainment: 
4pm and 5.30pm: Magic Show (30 minutes duration)
4.45pm and 6.15pm: Puppet Show (30 minutes duration)
7.30pm - 9.30pm: Neil Collins Music

4pm - 9.30pm: Face Painting in Main Hall, Marina Building

9.45pm: Fireworks (10 minute display) 

Accessibility Information

  • Blue Badge Car Parking (with a viewpoint for firework) will be made available in the elevated car park. 

  • The event space features a combination of level surfaces and ramps that lead to footpaths, ensuring accessibility for individuals of all abilities. 

  • The site features a changing places facility located inside the marina centre offering inclusive toilet and changing facilities, with additional disabled port-a-loo toilets.

  • A community bus will be arranged as a shuttle service, providing transportation to and from the field car parks to assist disabled patrons.

  • Inclusive activities include fireworks display, face painting, Live music, Wood land trail, entertainment shows (e.g., puppet & Magic/family shows/fire performers).

  • There will be a quiet space available in the Marina building throughout the event. 

Car Parking and Traffic Management 

The site will be closed to the public from 10pm on Friday 14 August.

A one-way traffic system will be implemented, entering from B18 Shore Road and exiting at the Ballynagarve Road junction, effective from 3pm to 11pm on the day of the event. 

In-field car parking is available adjacent to the Marina on the Shore Road and on the Ballyronan Road. Please obey the marshals who will guide you to a space. Please do not obstruct footpaths and be mindful of local resident access. There is no parking permitted in coned areas. 

To ensure safety of patrons leaving the event on foot, there will be a short road closure within the village from 10pm - 10.15pm. This may result in a short delay to those leaving the event by car.
