Young Recycling Heroes recognised at Council’s Eco Speak and Eco Vision competitions!

This year, 22 primary schools from across Mid Ulster participated in Mid Ulster District Council's Eco Speak and Eco Vision competitions, presenting on the theme ‘Recycling Together, Thriving Together’.
 
Heat winners were:
• Mia McKinley - Woods Primary School
• Grace Eagleson – Aughnacloy Primary School
• Ellie Cuthbertson – Carntall Primary School
• Grace Keenan – Anahorish Primary School
 
The overall Eco Speak Winner was Ellie Cuthbertson, Carntall Primary School and the overall Eco Vision Winner was Pollyanna Fell-Mullan, Holy Trinity Primary School.
 
Well done to all the children who took part for demonstrating so successfully and confidently how by 'recycling together' we can 'thrive together'!
