LIVE Mid Ulster Officially Launched
Mid Ulster District Council has announced the official launch of LIVE Mid Ulster, an exciting new platform designed to celebrate the people, places and vibrant local businesses that make the 5 main towns in the district such a fantastic place to live, work and visit.
The initiative shines a spotlight on the heart of Mid Ulster, from welcoming cafés and unique shops to inspiring local entrepreneurs and hidden gems waiting to be discovered across the district’s five main towns of Cookstown, Dungannon, Magherafelt, Coalisland and Maghera..
Through engaging stories, videos and features, LIVE Mid Ulster encourages both locals and visitors to explore the vibrant market towns to boutique-lined streets, where traditional charm meets contemporary living, each offering something uniquely local.
To mark the launch, Chair of Mid Ulster District Council Cllr Frances Burton visited K9 Bonus in Dungannon, one of the local businesses featured as part of the campaign, where an official photograph was taken to celebrate the occasion.
Speaking at the launch, Chair of Mid Ulster District Council, Cllr Frances Burton, said:

From independent retailers to welcoming hospitality venues, Mid Ulster has so much to offer. This campaign celebrates the pride we all feel in our towns and villages while encouraging everyone to support local and discover something new right on their doorstep.”
LIVE Mid Ulster will highlight businesses across the 5 main towns, sharing their stories and helping connect communities with the fantastic experiences available locally.
