The Capital, Planning and Property services includes management and delivery of Council capital programmes across the district, as well as estate and property management services.

The remit of the Planning Service includes receiving and making decisions on the majority of planning applications, enforcing breaches of planning permission, making tree preservation orders (TPOs) and producing a local development plan which will outline how land in Mid Ulster should be used and developed in the future.
