Regional Planning Property Certificates

Following the successful launch of Mid Ulster District Council’s Planning Property Certificates in June 2022, it’s now even easier to apply with the introduction of our new online portal.

Customers can apply for a Regional Planning Property Certificate, upload a map(s) and make an online payment by debit or credit card at: (Date TBC)

You can continue to use our map tool to verify that the site address is located within the Mid Ulster District Council area.

To coincide with the launch of the new online portal, the fee for the Council’s Regional Planning Property Certificate is to be increased in line with those processed by Fermanagh and Omagh on behalf of the other Local Authorities, see below.

Notification of a price increase for a Regional Planning Property Certificate within Mid Ulster – Effective from 1 June 2024.

The fee for a Regional Planning Property Certificate within Mid Ulster is currently £70.00 (including VAT).  This will increase to £84.00 (including VAT) from 1 June 2024.

How to apply for a Mid Ulster Regional Planning Property Certificate online:

  • Access link (Date TBC) and complete form.

  • Upload map (scale 1:1250, 1:2500 or 1:5000), with search extent outlined in red.

  • Make payment using debit / credit card and submit.

You will receive a record of your submission to the email address you have provided.

Where the search extent covers a number of maps, you must submit a single all-encompassing map that clearly identifies the entirety of the search extent.
