Whether it's high intensity spin classes, circuits or low intensity Yoga or Pilates in or out of the water that you're interested in, our drop-in and weekly class and club programme has something for everyone.
See what's on across the week at all of our leisure centres by visiting our Leisure Hub and remember, you can book your class online before you go up to seven days before.
Our class timetables will resume from Monday 24th May at 6.30am.
