How to use Leisure Hub

Leisure Hub is a new self-service customer platform for Mid Ulster District Council leisure users and offers a range of features that enable you to interact with our leisure facilities.

It is designed to give you complete control over your memberships, payment tracking and bookings. 

The Hub also features a user-friendly interface, divided into nine sections: online booking, my payments, my memberships, my profile, my documents, my bookings, my debts, membership prices and marketing preferences. 

To get started, go to Leisure Hub and if its your first time accessing the hub, please click on “Im a member…but I need to create an online account” and simply follow the process – you'll need your membership number at hand to help you complete the process and you'll also need to use the email that is linked to your account.

Users who have never had an account online should select the 'I'm New' option and complete the required fields. When completed this will automatically create an account within Leisure Hub. 

You should receive a confirmation email with a link to validate your account. This must be done before you can log in and use the hub.  This email should be received immediately upon registration so please check your junk/ spam folder just in case.

If upon trying to register and you receive a message saying “email address is already taken”  then it may be that an account with this email address has already been setup therefore you should go back to the main screen and select the ‘forgotten password’  link and follow the process.

Depending on your membership entitlements based on your payment arrangements, you will be able to book for free or there will be a cost associated with your chosen activity and you can securely book and pay online prior to arriving at your facility at the designated time.
