Speaking requests are automatically granted if it has been received by 12.00pm two working days prior to the meeting

If you have already exercised your speaking rights on the application, or someone has done so on your behalf, your request will normally not be granted

Any exception to the speaking rights will be a matter for the discretion of the Chair

Deferral requests will be considered by the committee at the forthcoming meeting
You will not be contacted about the eligibility of a deferral request of your speaking or deferral request unless there are any changes to the above, at which point you will be contacted by 4pm one business day prior to the meeting. You should therefore make arrangements to attend the meeting unless advised otherwise.
If you have requested speaking rights by remote means a member of staff will be in contact with you the day before the meeting to discuss arrangements for speaking to the Committee.
