Thinking of setting up a new social enterprise?
If you and/or your group are considering establishing a new social enterprise, Action Planning support is available to discuss your idea and help you decide how to proceed and hear about what other assistance can be accessed
How to get started?
Up to 7 days’ support and advice is available to help newly established groups with the challenges of getting started. The mentor will conduct a short review with your group to identify your specific priorities, following which, a range of support will be available to help build your group and enterprise, including e.g. getting a management structure set up, legal issues, employment and sector specific issues to name a few.
Need help to grow?
Your group can avail of up to 6 days’ support to grow your social enterprise and build your capacity to further develop your commercial activities, capacity and sustainability. This can include, but is not limited to, help with assessing the feasibility of a new business idea, exploring new business models, funding bids, market research, staffing and much more.
