Following the release of a Development Brief in 2017, Mid Ulster District Council appointed Moorefield Contracts Ltd to take forward an exciting mixed-use regeneration scheme on a strategic development opportunity site at Ann Street, Dungannon.
 
The proposal would transform the four acre site into a mixed-use development including a hotel, retail units, car parking and a public realm, representing an investment of £10 million in the town.
