How do I join as a new member?

What is the All-Inclusive membership?
An All-Inclusive membership gives you access to all four of our centres, Cookstown, Dungannon, Greenvale, and Maghera. It includes access to our gyms, swimming pools, centre-based fitness classes and health suites.
What is the Household membership?
The Household membership gives you access to all four of our centres, Cookstown, Dungannon, Greenvale, and Maghera. It includes access to our gyms, swimming pools, centre-based fitness classes and health suites. You will also have access to the soft play areas in Cookstown, Greenvale and Maghera making it a great option for families.
I have signed up for Household membership, what’s next?
You will be required to show documentation/ID before you can use the centre.
Additional Household members will be required to show documentation/ID before being linked to your profile.
I think I have duplicate online booking account. What should I do?
Our online booking system requires each member to have a valid email address. If you believe you have more than one account, please contact the Membership Advisor at your centre.
They will be able to locate and delete any duplicate or old accounts.
If a current member wishes to change a Membership:

Please note: Allow a minimum of 10 working days for any amendments to your Direct Debit payment to be processed.
Do we offer Concession or Corporate Household memberships?
No – they are not included in the Household Membership option.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can now request cancellation through Mid Ulster District Council’s website.
Can I pay as you go?
We offer pay-as-you-go options for activities. This can be done through Leisure Hub.
You can set up an account via our online portal or book through our reception team at each site.
Do I get preference/discount with a membership for swimming lessons?
No - Mid Ulster Swim Academy is a stand-alone programme and is not linked to memberships.
