Teen Fit

Aged between 11 and 15 years old? Join our Teen Fit session after school or at the weekends.​

Young people should take part in moderate to vigorous physical activities for at least 60 minutes every day, and this can be raised up to several hours. Moderate intensity activity means working hard enough to raise your heartbeat, so you breathe harder and begin to sweat, but are still able to talk. 

Opening Hours  
Monday - Friday 3.30pm and 5pm
Saturday 11am and 2pm
Sunday 10.30am and 1.30pm 

Cost £3 per session (£12.50 induction)
