Our upstairs gym has a selection of free weights, and cardio equipment that gives you a total body workout.
Membership can be taken monthly or as a pay as you go session with the option of using the outdoor running track also at off peak (mornings/weekends) included.
Induction costs £27.60, with the option of paying £2.80 per session, £22.70 for 10 sessions or a membership from £22 per month (free induction).
