All representations received in respect of the Local Development Plan 2030 - Draft Plan Strategy were open to counter representation during an 8 week consultation period (14 June 2019 until 5pm on 9 August 2019) and a further 8 week consultation period (22nd October 2020 until 5pm on 18 December 2020).
All submissions received during the original consultation and re-consultation periods for counter representations are available to view and download below.
Hard copies of all counter representation have been placed in our three principal offices in Magherafelt, Cookstown and Dungannon. However, in light of current COVID-19 restrictions, counter representations will not be available for public inspection at our offices at this time. When restrictions are relaxed, we will facilitate inspection of documents by appointment only from 9am to- 5pm, Monday – Friday at the three principal council offices:
