Arrange a bulky waste collection
We will collect up to 3 items through our bulky waste collection service, for which there is a £5 charge.
Examples of what we will collect:
Cookers, fridges, carpets, suites of furniture and mattresses (for health and safety reasons, mattresses must be covered in plastic).
Examples of what we don't collect:
Fixtures and fittings of a house like bathroom suites, oil tanks, garage or internal/external doors, garden waste or general waste (eg bin bags).

To request a collection complete and submit the form below. We aim to collect your items within 14 days of receipt of payment.
Please note that we will collect a maximum of 3 items and we will only be able to collect the items you have listed.
If you are asking us to collect a MATTRESS, for health and safety reasons, ALL MATTRESSES MUST BE COVERED IN PLASTIC.
Items for collection to be presented at the front edge of the property.
Please note that our staff are not permitted to enter houses, garages, sheds or other buildings to collect items.

If you have a dog, please keep it under restraint on your collection day (i.e. in the house or secured in a kennel)
Our online payments are processed by Worldpay, a third-party payment processing company. You will be redirected to the Worldpay website to enter your card information and set up your payment. All payments are processed in pounds sterling (GBP).
After payment has been set up on the Worldpay website, you will be redirected back to the Mid Ulster District Council website, where you will receive an on-screen confirmation of the transaction. You will also receive a receipt of the payment from both Worldpay and Mid Ulster District Council via email.
