**Temporary Closure**
Coalisland Recycling Centre will be temporarily closed on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th February 2026 to allow essential maintenance works to take place.
These works involve the removal of an overgrown boundary hedge, which will be replaced later this year, to improve site safety and appearance. Due to the scale and location of the works, the site must close for the two-day period to ensure the safety of visitors and staff.
Please note: This is a temporary closure only. The works do not represent the closure of the recycling centre or the removal of recycling services in Coalisland. The site will reopen as normal immediately after the works are completed. These improvements form part of continued investment in the site ahead of further capital works planned for later in 2026, ensuring the centre remains fit for purpose in the years ahead.
During the closure, residents may use Drumcoo Recycling Centre, Coalisland Road, Dungannon, as an alternative facility.

Please note that the last admission to recycling centres is 10 minutes before closing time.
Please sort your recyclables before you visit. Disposal of recyclable items in the waste skips is no longer acceptable.
